As a member of the Clancy Library you have the ability to place holds on items from the
Boulder, Clancy, Ennis, Sheridan, Threeforks, Twin Bridges, Virginia City, and Whitehall libraries.
After your hold is placed, the loaning library will ship your item to the Clancy Library. We will call you when it comes in!
If you don't find what you need, please call us (933-5254); we will see if we can interlibrary loan it for you!
Procedure for Placing Holds:
1. Go to the shared catalog website.
2. "Log in" with your card number in the upper-right-hand corner
if you are logging in for the first time your pin will be CHANGEME
3. Search for the item(s).
4. Click "Full Details" on the item you want.
5. Click "Place Hold" (in red letters on upper left).
6. Choose Clancy as the pick up location.
7. Click "Place Hold."
8. As soon as the item is available, we will call you.
